These instructions are sent with every set of cards purchased.
They have been updated a couple of times since original publishing, so I'm putting the latest version here to download.
I'm also putting a copy of the 'guide' for reference. This is obviously better in print, but this resolution allows reference if you've misplaced or damaged the paper version.
